Position Title:  Trainee Engineer / Technician

Experience: Freshers welcome. Any prior apprenticeship or vocational training experience is a plus.

Qualifications:  ITI in relevant trade (Electrician / Fitter / Welder / Machinist / Turner /           Electronics Mechanic / etc.) from a recognized institute or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Job Location: Pune (Talegoan Dhabade)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI diploma holders to join our technical team as Trainee Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical industry experience and build a long-term career in the technical field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Assist in operation, maintenance, or repair of machines, tools, and equipment.

·       Work under the supervision of senior technicians and engineers.

·       Support daily production, maintenance, or quality assurance activities.

·       Learn and apply skills related to your specific ITI trade (e.g., electrician, fitter, welder, turner, etc.).

·       Maintain logs, records, and reports as required by the department.

Required Skill Set:

·       Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machines related to your trade.

·       Willingness to learn and work in a team.

·       Ability to follow instructions and technical guidelines.

Preferred skill set:

·       Positive attitude and eagerness to develop technical skills.

·       Flexibility to work in shifts or on-site as per company requirements.

·       Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
