Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced General Technician – Manager who can lead the technical team and ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise day-to-day maintenance activities.

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Manage breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

Maintain reports, safety compliance, and technical documentation.

Guide and train technicians and junior staff.

Desired Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of industrial machines.

Hands-on experience with mechanical & electrical maintenance.

Ability to read technical drawings & service manuals.

Familiar with tools like SAP/ERP or Maintenance software.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Additional certifications in maintenance or safety preferred.
