About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer – Projects to join our Projects & Services team. The primary responsibility will be the installation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems at various client locations. The role involves overseeing on-site execution, supervising vendor teams, and ensuring systems are operational, tested, and handed over as per project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems, including control panels, detectors, modules, sounders, and related components.

• Configure and integrate Fire Alarm Systems as per design specifications and client requirements.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and ensure proper functionality.

• Coordinate and oversee the work of vendor/subcontractor teams at the project site.

• Prepare and maintain site documentation including installation checklists, testing reports, daily progress reports, and handover documents.

• Conduct system testing and assist in SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) with clients.

• Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, codes, and client-specific guidelines.

• Report site issues and progress to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

• Travel to and work at various project sites as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Fire Alarm System installation and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm panels (e.g., Honeywell, Bosch, Siemens, etc.).

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOQ/specifications.

• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements related to fire alarm systems.

• Good team coordination, communication, and site supervision skills.

• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites when needed.
