Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure DTH set-top boxes, antennas, and signal boosters at customer premises

• Troubleshoot signal issues and provide repair services

• Perform routine maintenance and service calls

• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve queries on-site

• Provide demos and educate customers about features and remote controls

• Ensure accurate documentation and daily reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent

• Experience in DTH / cable TV installation preferred (Freshers can apply with training support)

• Must have own bike and smartphone

• Basic understanding of wiring, electronics, and satellite dish alignment

• Good communication skills in local language

• Willingness to travel locally or regionally
