CCTV Systems:
Install, configure, test, and calibrate CCTV systems, including cameras (analog and IP), DVR/NVR units, and related peripherals.
Conduct site surveys to determine optimal camera placement, taking into account blind spots, lighting, and security requirements.
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and system upgrades to ensure continuous functionality.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, repair or replace faulty components, and reduce downtime.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and clients on system usage and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, installations, service logs, and incident reports.
Install and Configure Biometric and Intercom Systems.
IT & Networking Support:
Install and configure IT hardware: workstations, printers, routers, switches, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating system, network connectivity, and peripheral device faults.
Ensure network security by applying antivirus measures, managing system updates, and adhering to privacy standards.
Manage routine backups, system upgrades, and maintain technical documentation for IT infrastructure.
Experience:
1 year of experience in CCTV & IT systems installation, configuration & maintenance. Prior experience in IT support or field technician roles.
