Job Description:

We are hiring a Voice & Accent Trainer to join our team at Prestige Recruiters (OPC) Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective voice and communication training to students and helping them improve their speaking clarity, pronunciation, and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions to enhance students' communication, pronunciation, and accent.

• Guide students with customized lesson plans based on learning requirements.

• Track and report student progress regularly.

• Provide constructive and motivational feedback.

• Train students in professional communication and exam/test readiness if required.

• Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment.

• Ensure a supportive and safe learning space for all trainees.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• 1–2 years of training experience preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in Voice & Accent training, test preparation, or soft skills training is highly desirable.

• Ability to engage with students and create a positive learning environment.

  Important Notes:

  • Candidates must be comfortable conducting both classroom and online training sessions as required.

  • Strong command over English pronunciation, fluency, and communication is essential.

  • Ability to mentor students with different learning styles and capabilities.

  • Punctuality and professionalism must be maintained throughout training sessions.

  • Candidates with experience in BPO / Customer Service Voice Process training will be given preference.

  • Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods will be prioritized.

  • Applicants should be willing to participate in demo sessions during the selection process.
