Job Purpose

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Trainer to deliver high-quality vocational training sessions. The Trainer will ensure that candidates acquire the necessary technical knowledge and practical skills to meet academic and industry standards. This role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and working closely with universities/academic partners to maintain the highest level of training quality.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver vocational training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.

Simplify technical concepts and ensure clarity in teaching delivery.

Develop structured lecture plans, training materials, and tests to assess learner progress.

Coordinate with universities and academic partners to align training with standards.

Make sessions interactive, engaging, and result-oriented.

Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and support skill development.

Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Prior experience as a Trainer/Educator in vocational or technical courses.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to design lecture plans, assessments, and training content.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools (PPT, e-learning platforms preferred).

Positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with a passion for teaching.
