Job Title: BFSI Trainer

Job Summary:

The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for training students in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector skills under the vocational or skill development program. The role involves delivering theory and practical sessions, preparing lesson plans, evaluating trainees’ performance, and ensuring quality training as per prescribed curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical sessions as per the BFSI curriculum and guidelines.

• Train students on various BFSI modules including banking operations, insurance, financial products, customer service, and digital banking.

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.

• Maintain attendance, progress, and performance records of trainees.

• Assess and evaluate trainees through tests, assignments, and project work.

• Provide guidance for placements and career development in the BFSI sector.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of training aids and resources.

• Coordinate with project coordinators and management for training reports and documentation.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BFSI industry or skill training.

• Candidates with experience in vocational training / NSDC projects preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance sector.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Classroom management and training delivery skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

• Ability to motivate and engage trainees.
