We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to school students (Classes 4 to 10). The trainer will conduct workshops, regular classes, and project-based learning sessions focused on Robotics, AI, Coding, IoT, and other STEM-related disciplines.
Deliver interactive STEM sessions to school students using activity-based learning.
Teach concepts of Robotics, Coding, AI, ML, IoT, Electronics, 3D Printing, etc., in a simplified, age-appropriate manner.
Create a fun, inspiring, and exploratory environment in the classroom/lab.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activity kits, and project models aligned with the STEM curriculum.
Customize modules based on school syllabus and student level.
Set up and maintain the school STEM/Robotics lab.
Ensure the safety and functionality of tools, kits, and devices used in the classroom.
Guide students in developing and presenting innovative projects and models.
Assist in preparing for school exhibitions, competitions, and science fairs.
Maintain attendance, session reports, and student performance records.
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents regarding progress and updates.
Train students in critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and design thinking through hands-on projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in teaching/training or working with school students is preferred.
Proficiency in one or more STEM tools (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, Python, Robotics kits).
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with young learners.
