Job Title: Trainer- Health Program(Sexual and Reproductive Health)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainer to implement sexual and reproductive health

sessions in colleges, ensuring effective user acquisition and engagement on our mHealth application.

Responsibilities:-

- Planning and Implementation:

- Identify colleges for conducting session

- Develop monthly schedules for college sessions

- Deliver sessions on sexual and reproductive health to college students

- Conduct pre and post assessments for the sessions conducted

- Partnership and Documentation:

- Obtain necessary permissions from colleges

- Maintain accurate records of sessions, pre-post assessments, and incentive distribution

- Collect documentation of success stories, testimonials, pictures/photos

- Cross-verify pre-post assessments and make corrections as needed

Reporting and Communication:

- Share success stories, testimonials, and pictures/photos on the designated drive

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on session activities

Requirements:

Qualifications:-

- Graduate in Social Work, Para-professionals, D.Ed, or relevant teaching experience
