About the Role
We are building a pool of dynamic, passionate freelance trainers who can deliver impactful financial literacy sessions across various locations. These sessions will be hosted in colleges, schools, corporate offices, and ABG plant locations, as part of ABCD’s flagship Impact Program that aims to simplify finance for everyday Indians.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial literacy sessions in-person at designated venues.
Sessions may include topics such as budgeting, saving, investments, insurance, digital finance, scams, and using the ABCD App
Engage and interact with diverse audiences: students, working professionals, or plant workers.
Deliver the content in a clear, relatable, and engaging manner.
Ensure timely coordination and availability for scheduled sessions (informed at least 10 days in advance)
Promote awareness of the ABCD App and its offerings through the sessions
Support Provided
Ready-to-use session material and content decks
Orientation and briefings before each session
Logistics and scheduling support
Eligibility & Skills
Passionate about financial wellness and education
Prior experience in teaching/training/public speaking preferred
Comfortable with in-person interactions in Hindi, English, or regional languages
Flexible for 1–2 sessions a month on a part-time, freelance basis
Compensation
Paid per session (including travel reimbursement where applicable)
Fee structure will be shared during onboarding
