Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across all rooms and public areas.

• Manage inventory levels for housekeeping, service supplies, and hotel operational materials.

• Conduct regular stock checks, maintain purchase records, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.

• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure all duties are completed on schedule.

• Support the service captain in managing restaurant service, table allocation, and guest handling when required.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with front office, kitchen, and management teams to maintain smooth workflow.

• Train new staff members to maintain service quality and operational discipline.

• Identify operational gaps and assist in improving efficiency and guest experience.
