We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable General Studies Faculty to teach and guide students preparing for competitive exams such as TNPSC, SSC, RRB, and Bank exams. The ideal candidate should have strong subject command, clear teaching ability, and updated knowledge of current affairs and exam patterns.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach General Studies topics (History, Polity, Geography, Science, Economy, etc.) clearly and effectively

• Prepare subject-wise lesson plans and deliver structured classroom sessions

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and periodic tests

• Create and review mock test questions as per latest exam trends

• Guide students with exam strategies, time management, and syllabus coverage

• Stay updated with syllabus changes and current affairs

• Maintain academic discipline and motivate students for consistent preparation

✅ Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline (preferably in relevant subject areas)

• Prior teaching experience in coaching for TNPSC, SSC, RRB, or Bank exams preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills (Tamil & English if TNPSC)

• Ability to simplify complex topics and connect with students

• Comfortable with offline/online teaching platforms

• Knowledge of latest exam trends and syllabus
