Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assessing children’s skills and learning requirements
• Developing tailored teaching plans
• Designing monthly plans as per the child’s needs and requirements
• Assess students’ abilities and craft teaching plans
• Adapt learning materials to students’ needs
• Keep track of and reflect on students’ progress
• Monitor children’s behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed
• Inform parents about their children’s performance and potential problems
• Collaborate with the support staff (e.g. school counsellors and speech therapists) to create holistic intervention plans
• Using audio-visual materials and computers to stimulate interest and learning.
• Planning and delivering lessons, setting and marking assignments.
Educational Qualification required: • Master's degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology
• B.Ed Special Education
• Bachelors in Psychology, home science, human development, sociology or other related fields
• ECCed or Montessori trained
• BS.C
Max age upto 40 years
