 Should be able to create a positive & dynamic environment for staff, draft a mechanism to fre-

come the same.

 Ensuring discipline in the staff and teachers for adherence to time table, schedules, In/Out

school time, events pictures and videos sharing to parents and in all daily activities

 Keep the teachers and staff motivated all the time for their work by having the balanced combi-

nation of flexibility, strictness, respect and humour

 Provide guidance and counselling to teachers as and when required, appreciate them for their

good work, identify the skill gaps, if any and train them to fill those gaps accordingly.

 Oversee day-to-day school operations

 Public speaking, group activities, dance, music etc. should be given importance and be part of

daily routine as per time table

 Create a systematic mechanism to get regular parents feedback and work accordingly for timely

closure of all highlighted issues

 Play a pivotal role in drafting the school policies related to various topics and get it approved

from the management; ensure implementation & adherence to such policies

 Handle emergencies and school crisis

 Organize school events and assemblies

 Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)

 Special attention and focus is to be given at the time of kids coming in and going out of the

school and to the kids using school van by keeping track of the driver

 Should handle the parents diligently coming for admission enquiries and provide them the nec-

essary information about curriculum, learning materials, fee structure etc.

 Should be able to convert the leads into admissions to the maximum extent possible and in-

crease the ratio of admissions to the enquiries by acting as vibrant admission counsellor

 Should carry out the regular checks and follow-ups for the pending documents, fees and any

other information needed.

 Should lead all activities needed for School App implementation, website development, social

media marketing, books, curriculum and uniform development

 Should control the unwarranted expenditures and monitor the overall budget

 Should take all the efforts with an extra edge to make the school project a profitable venture by

optimizing the expenditures, better physical and social media marketing and by giving the best

visible output in terms of kids progress and development

 Should carry out all the functions & tasks expected out of a preschool coordinator in general
