We are looking for a Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at Shikshalaya Kids with a strong background in one or more academic subjects. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5000 - ₹9000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tutoring sessions for students in various subjects.
• Assess, track and report on student progress.
• Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have leadership experience and honed skills in areas like test preparations, special education etc.
