Activity Teacher (Pre-School)
To plan, organize, and conduct engaging activities that promote the physical, creative, social, and emotional development of preschool children in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
Plan and conduct daily activity sessions (art & craft, music, dance, storytelling, indoor/outdoor games, role play, etc.).
Use play-based methods to develop children’s motor skills, creativity, and imagination.
Ensure that activities are age-appropriate, safe, and aligned with the preschool curriculum.
Encourage participation, confidence, and teamwork among children.
Maintain discipline and manage group activities effectively.
Collaborate with class teachers to integrate activities with learning goals.
Monitor and record children’s participation and progress in activities.
Prepare and manage activity-related materials, props, and equipment.
Engage parents by showcasing children’s work through events, exhibitions, or performances.
Ensure safety and hygiene standards are always maintained.
Creativity and passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to handle groups of children with patience and empathy.
Knowledge of art, craft, music, dance, or physical activities.
Classroom and time management skills.
Energetic, cheerful, and approachable personality.
Graduate in any discipline (degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education or Creative Arts preferred).
Prior experience as an activity teacher or facilitator with young children is an advantage.
Preschool classrooms, activity rooms, and outdoor play areas.
May require participation in school events, annual functions, and parent meetings.
