Key Responsibilities
Client Fitness Support
Explain machines, packages, and services included in client plans during sessions.
Fill client diaries with diet updates, measurements, and progress notes daily.
Answer client queries on fitness, health, or weight loss promptly.
Goal Tracking
Monitor client progress through weekly check-ins and adjust plans as needed.
Encourage clients to stay on track with diet and exercise goals.
Celebrate client milestones (e.g., weight loss targets) to boost motivation.
Sales Support
Identify client needs and suggest additional packages or renewals.
Collaborate with the Counsellor to pitch tailored packages during sessions.
Track client satisfaction and report feedback to improve services.
Service Delivery
Ensure all package services (e.g., toning tables, yoga) are offered consistently.
Maintain a clean and safe session area, reporting issues to the Counsellor.
Conduct sessions on time and as per SOPs to ensure client satisfaction.
