Training & Client Engagement:
· Conduct general training sessions for members who have not availed personal training services.
· Deliver personalized, one-on-one training for clients who have opted for personal training.
· Develop and implement customized workout programs for personal training clients based on their fitness levels and goals.
· Maintain and update progress reports for all personal training clients.
· Provide timely updates on client progress to management.
· Offer guidance on workout techniques, form correction, and injury prevention.
Program Development & Implementation:
· Deliver workout programming for General Training (GT) clients through the Anytime Fitness Workouts App.
· Create and maintain general training modules for members who opt for general training.
· Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends and incorporate innovative training techniques.
· Participate in and comply with any training programs/modules as introduced by the management.
Membership & Sales Support:
· Provide timely reminders regarding membership renewals and personal training renewal for clients.
· Keep members informed about upcoming activities, events, and training programs.
· Ensure all payments for personal training and other services are directed to the Front Desk/Reception. Under no circumstances should payments be collected directly from clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Certification in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, or a relevant fitness field (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
· Proven experience in fitness training, coaching, or personal training.
· Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
· Familiarity with fitness tracking applications and workout programming software (preferred).
· Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
