Company Profile: SAT n paper is an 8-year-old company engaged in providing online tutoring for standardized tests to students in India and abroad. 

Tutor Online Teaching (SAT) - Verbal

Job Type: Full Time (work from home) 

US Timings - 4:00 am to 10:30 am (9:30 to 10:30 fixed meeting time /class) IST

UK Timings - 7 pm to 1:00 am (7 pm - 7:45 pm fixed meeting time/class) IST

GS Timings- 3 pm to 10 pm (3 pm - 4:00 pm fixed meeting time) IST

Timings during the training period 3 pm to 8 pm for all shifts.

Eligibility/Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate is a must. 

Work Experience: 6 months - 8 years of teaching in the relevant area. 

Age: 22 years to 40 years of age group 

Working Days: 6 days working including Saturdays and Sundays with one weekly off (Monday).

Remuneration: 3.6 LPA to 6 LPA (will be based on the shortlisting criteria)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Deliver one on one live sessions online in a comprehensive manner to students and are expected to prepare well in advance for the sessions 

2. Should make the live classes interactive, exciting, and engaging and bring a fun learning environment to the classroom 

3. Should be open to getting trained and retrained as per the SAT exam pattern and improvise the learning in the live sessions 

4. Conduct course-related activities like training, and conducting parent-teacher meetings. 5. Responsible to work and engage in coming up with new activities, tests, assignments, etc 

Experience Required: 

1. Strong understanding of content and pedagogy and work experience in teaching/tutoring (at least 1 year) 

2. An affinity for math/verbal, strong logical reasoning skills, patience, and passion for teaching 

3. Excellent communication skills and can keep the class engaging and online persona/presence has to be good

4. Excellent command over written and oral communication (English) 

Requirements 

1. Laptop with 8 GB RAM and at least i-3 processor 

2. A good broadband/ Fibre Wi-Fi connection with an upload as well as a download speed of 50 Mbps. 

3. A UPS on the Wi-Fi for an uninterrupted internet connection and power backup for uninterrupted sessions. 

4. Should have a proper place to sit and conduct the training from home without any disturbance and with sufficient light. 

5. The position is of permanent employment and the tutor should not take up another full-time or part-time job in the same domain as it will be a conflict of interest.
