Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced trainer to deliver engaging and result-oriented sessions in Spoken English, Personality Development, IELTS, and PTE. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students to improve their language proficiency and overall personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classes for Spoken English, Personality Development, IELTS, and PTE (as per assigned modules).

• Plan and prepare interactive lesson plans aligned with the learners’ levels and course objectives.

• Help students improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and public speaking skills.

• Prepare students for IELTS and PTE exams with practice tests, strategies, and personalized feedback.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular reports and feedback.

• Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment.

• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality enhancement activities.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in IELTS/PTE formats and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Communication, or Education).

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred for IELTS/PTE training).

• Strong command over English grammar and fluency in speaking.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Prior experience in IELTS/PTE coaching or soft skills training is a plus.

• Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms) is desirable.
