We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to deliver high-quality English language training to students at our Aviation Training Institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English grammar, phonetics, pronunciation, and communication skills relevant to the aviation industry. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ English language proficiency to meet industry standards, with a particular focus on verbal communication, technical vocabulary, and public speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions in the following areas:

  • English Grammar and Technical Aspects

  • Phonetics and Syllables

  • Vocabulary Building (Excellent Level)

  • Pronunciation Techniques

  • Public Speech Knowledge (PSK)

  • Linguistic Phrases (Excellent Level)

  • Accent Neutralization and Voice Modulation

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to aviation communication needs.

• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

• Design and administer tests, assignments, and evaluation materials.

• Foster a supportive and motivating classroom environment.

• Collaborate with academic coordinators and training staff to ensure consistent quality.

• Maintain training records and attendance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in English (BA English)

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in English (MA English)

Experience:

• 7 to 20 years of relevant teaching/training experience in a school, college,(10th/12th standard) or aviation/communication institute.

• Strong command of English language and grammar

• Proficiency in phonetics and effective pronunciation techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

• Familiarity with aviation-related communication and terminology is an advantage
