Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering youth (18+) from underserved communities through high-quality communication, employability, and life skills training. Our goal is to help students become confident, independent, and job-ready.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to deliver FEA’s structured curriculum in an engaging, interactive, and impactful way. Teachers play a critical role in guiding students through their learning journey, mentoring them on life skills, and ensuring consistent classroom attendance.
Conduct 3 sessions per day with different groups of students (max 20 students per session).
Deliver lessons as per FEA’s structured curriculum (communication skills,employability, life skills).
Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to engage students.
Counsel students to maintain regular attendance and overcome learning challenges.
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage students to practice communication skills outside the classroom.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Take daily attendance and update student records.
Ensure a safe and respectful space for learning.
Submit daily and weekly reports to the Territory Manager.
Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices.
Participate in teacher training and capacity-building workshops.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English.
Experience: Prior teaching or training experience preferred (but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate students
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Forms, WhatsApp reporting)
