Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to deliver FEA’s structured curriculum in an engaging, interactive, and impactful way. Teachers play a critical role in guiding students through their learning journey, mentoring them on life skills, and ensuring consistent classroom attendance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lesson Delivery

• Conduct 3 sessions per day with different groups of students (max 20 students per session).

• Deliver lessons as per FEA’s structured curriculum (communication skills,employability, life skills).

• Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to engage students.

2. Student Guidance & Mentorship

• Counsel students to maintain regular attendance and overcome learning challenges.

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Encourage students to practice communication skills outside the classroom.

3. Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.

• Take daily attendance and update student records.

• Ensure a safe and respectful space for learning.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily and weekly reports to the Territory Manager.

• Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices.

• Participate in teacher training and capacity-building workshops.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English.

• Experience: Prior teaching or training experience preferred (but not mandatory).

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate students

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Forms, WhatsApp reporting)
