• Conduct classes for students on Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, Communication Skills, and Personality Development.

• Train students at different proficiency levels — from beginners to advanced learners.

• Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and presentations.

• Use practical and interactive teaching methods to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

2. Lesson Planning & Content Development

• Design and update lesson plans, exercises, and practice sessions as per the institute’s curriculum.

• Develop engaging study materials, audio-visual aids, and classroom activities.

• Ensure course content aligns with current trends and student needs.

3. Student Assessment & Feedback

• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.

• Track progress and maintain student performance records.

4. Communication & Personality Enhancement

• Conduct sessions on soft skills, confidence building, interview techniques, and public speaking.

• Encourage students to participate in role plays, debates, and group discussions.

• Mentor students to develop fluency, accuracy, and self-expression in English.

5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Maintain class attendance, student reports, and training records.

• Coordinate with the center manager and academic team for scheduling and academic updates.

• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and skill improvement programs.
