We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commerce Teacher to join our Senior Secondary faculty at Dunes Academy, a CBSE-affiliated institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics to students of Classes 11 and 12, in line with CBSE curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics) as per CBSE syllabus.

• Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board examinations.

• Design and implement assessments, unit tests, and internal evaluations.

• Provide individual attention to students and offer academic support where needed.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

• Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of commerce concepts.

• Organize and assist in co-curricular activities, workshops, and commerce-related events.

• Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in staff meetings and training programs.

• Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs or as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with B.Ed. (mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at Senior Secondary level (preferably in a CBSE school).

• Excellent knowledge of the latest CBSE curriculum and exam pattern.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Proficient in the use of digital tools and smart classroom teaching methods.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
