Class Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Part-Time class co-ordinator to join our team Kumon. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the correction and Picking settings remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to childs development.

• ensure the stock is maintained at all times .

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records of students for easy access and retrieval.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist class instructors .

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in progressing the student growth .

• Maintain confidentiality of student information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 4 yrs . The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Candidate should give 1 and half year commitment.
