Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and dedicated individual passionate about teaching Maths and English to young learners. The ideal candidate will work with children up to 8th grade in Maths and English, ensuring their academic growth and developing their independent learning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding children through Maths and English worksheets, covering concepts like arithmetic, fractions, algebra, and reading comprehension.

• Observing and making notes on student performance and offering guidance when necessary.

• Assessing study plans for students and assigning appropriate classwork and homework.

• Marking and reviewing worksheets as per the Kumon method.

• Providing constructive feedback to parents on students' progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, English, or related fields.

• Strong command of mathematical concepts and English language skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adults.

• Passion for teaching and working with children.
