Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and skilled Skill Trainers to deliver practical and theoretical training to students enrolled in Diploma Programs under work-integrated and vocational education models. Training will be conducted at industry-based training centres across the NCR region, ensuring hands-on exposure and real-time learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct subject-specific training sessions as per the Diploma curriculum.

• Deliver both theory and practical training at industry-based training centres.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and evaluation tools aligned with the training modules.

• Assess students through written, oral, and practical evaluations.

• Maintain training logs, attendance, and performance reports.

• Provide career guidance and mentoring to students to enhance employability.

• Coordinate with internal teams and industry partners for smooth training delivery.

• Travel across NCR for training-related assignments when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering/Technology (any branch).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in teaching or vocational training.

• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver content clearly.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Practical, industry-aligned training approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
