Key Responsibilities

• Oversee salon staff including therapists, beauticians, front desk, and housekeeping.

• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and supervise performance and grooming.

• Manage daily salon operations, hygiene, safety, and equipment readiness.

• Drive sales by promoting services, packages, and retail products; meet revenue targets.

• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate product replenishment.

• Maintain reports for attendance, sales, expenses, and follow all company SOPs.
