Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily hostel operations and ensure discipline and safety.

• Supervise nursing and support staff for smooth functioning.

• Conduct rounds every 2 hours and address issues promptly.

• Maintain records – attendance, checklists, and incidents.

• Coordinate maintenance and submit daily reports.

• Handle student concerns empathetically while enforcing rules.
