### *Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise and monitor the performance and duties of all hospital security guards across different shifts.
* Prepare and maintain duty rosters, ensuring sufficient security coverage 24/7.
* Conduct daily briefings, training, and on-the-job instructions for security staff.
* Ensure strict implementation of hospital security protocols, visitor management systems, and emergency procedures.
* Investigate incidents, security breaches, thefts, or altercations, and prepare detailed incident reports.
* Liaise with hospital management, police, fire department, and ambulance services in case of emergencies.
* Monitor and ensure proper functioning of CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, access control points, and fire safety systems.
* Handle patient and visitor conflicts tactfully and de-escalate tense situations with professionalism.
* Conduct regular patrols and surprise checks to verify guard alertness and discipline.
* Verify visitor credentials, contractor entries, and ensure adherence to restricted access policies.
* Train security staff on basic first aid, fire-fighting equipment use, and hospital emergency codes (e.g., Code Red, Code Blue).
* Report any safety hazards or violations immediately to the concerned departments.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
* Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (hospital experience preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of hospital safety procedures, access control, and emergency response protocols.
* Physically fit and able to work on rotational shifts (day/night/weekends).
