Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Deployment & Supervision

   • Ensure adequate manpower at all assigned client locations as per contract requirements.

   • Deploy, replace, and relieve security personnel as needed.

   • Conduct site visits and surprise checks to monitor guard performance, turnout, and attendance.

   • Maintain daily site inspection reports.

2. Client Coordination

   • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding security operations and guard behavior.

   • Address client feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly.

   • Attend meetings with clients for operational updates and service improvement.

3. Administration & Documentation

   • Maintain records of guard attendance, leaves, and duty rosters.

   • Ensure timely submission of reports, duty allocation sheets, and incident logs.

   • Assist in processing payroll inputs related to attendance and shifts.

4. Recruitment & Training

   • Assist HR in recruiting and onboarding new security personnel.

   • Conduct basic training, orientation, and briefing sessions for guards.

   • Ensure all guards are equipped with proper uniforms and ID cards.

5. Discipline & Compliance

   • Enforce discipline and company policies among guards.

   • Report absenteeism, misconduct, or performance issues to management.

   • Ensure guards comply with site-specific safety and security protocols.

6. Operational Support

   • Handle emergency situations like guard absenteeism, incidents, or replacements.

   • Support company audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

   • Maintain liaison with local police or authorities if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred: Security Management background)

• 2–5 years of experience in security operations or manpower management

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of local labor laws and security operations

• Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours

• Ability to handle multiple sites and field staff

• Manpower availability ratio

• Client satisfaction and complaint resolution

• Guard discipline and attendance levels
