Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all security personnel deployed at the premises.
Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular patrolling, surveillance, and inspections to ensure safety.
Manage access control, visitor management, and vehicle entry/exit systems.
Investigate and report any security incidents, breaches, or unusual activities.
Liaise with local law enforcement agencies when required.
Train security staff on emergency response, fire safety, and crisis management.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations of the organization.
Maintain proper records of security logs, reports, and staff deployment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Retired Army / Defense / Paramilitary personnel preferred.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of security systems, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit with a high sense of discipline and integrity.
Basic knowledge of computers and reporting will be an added advantage.
