Training & Briefings: Conduct regular briefings and on-the-job training for security personnel.
Patrol Supervision: Ensure regular patrolling is conducted and reports are maintained.
Client Coordination: Maintain effective communication with clients and address their concerns.
Attendance Monitoring: Track attendance and punctuality of all guards under supervision.
Compliance: Ensure all security operations comply with company and legal standards.
Discipline & Grooming: Enforce discipline, dress code, and professional conduct among staff.
Equipment Management: Check and maintain security equipment such as registers, torches, radios, etc.
Gate & Access Control: Supervise guard performance at entry/exit points and maintain visitor records.
Emergency Preparedness: Ensure readiness for emergencies such as fire, theft, or medical incidents.
Daily Reporting: Submit daily activity reports to the Operations Manager or concerned authority.
Surprise Checks: Conduct surprise night or day checks to ensure alertness of guards.
Support Audits & Inspections: Assist in audits and security assessments as required.
