Job Objective:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of company premises, personnel, and property. The role involves supervising security guards, enforcing security protocols, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the security guards and prepare duty rosters/shifts.

Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to ensure safety and vigilance.

Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment.

Control access to the premises and oversee visitor management procedures.

Respond promptly to incidents such as theft, fire, or disturbances and prepare detailed reports.

Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.

Provide basic training and guidance to new and existing security staff.

Coordinate with local police and emergency services when required.

Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and shift handover documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High School (12th pass); Graduation preferred

Prior experience in police, military, or security forces is highly desirable

2–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role

Knowledge of CCTV, fire alarms, and other security systems

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and report writing abilities

Ability to act quickly and decisively in emergencies
