The Field Officer is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and maintaining all security guard operations across assigned sites. This includes ensuring guard attendance, discipline, performance, and site readiness, as well as maintaining communication between management, clients, and field personnel to ensure smooth security operations.
Conduct regular site visits to check on guard deployment, discipline, and performance.
Ensure all guards are present, properly uniformed, and performing assigned duties.
Monitor guard duty rosters and make adjustments for absenteeism or emergencies.
Ensure all guards have required equipment (uniforms, ID cards, communication devices, etc.).
Coordinate with the admin or logistics department for replacement or repair of security tools.
Maintain service records, attendance, and incident reports.
Assist in training guards on site-specific security procedures and customer service.
Conduct periodic refresher training sessions on discipline, safety, and emergency handling.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding site-level security issues.
Respond promptly to complaints, incidents, or emergencies.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and incident summaries.
Maintain updated deployment charts, attendance sheets, and leave records.
Submit daily activity reports to the Security Manager.
Record and escalate disciplinary issues as per company policy.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and company policies.
Verify that guards follow access control and visitor management procedures.
Support audits and inspections of security operations.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (Preferred: Security / Management background).
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in field supervision, preferably in the security services industry.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and people management.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
