Security Guard requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.

• Maintain entry/exit registers, visitor logs, and vehicle records accurately.

• Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.

• Monitor CCTV systems regularly for unusual or suspicious activity.

• Conduct routine patrols across the warehouse, storage zones, perimeter, and critical areas.

• Verify gate passes or delivery challans before allowing goods to move in or out.

• Escort high-value items during movement when required.

• Respond to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious behaviour immediately.

• Report any incidents, accidents, or breaches in the security log.

• Ensure fire exits, emergency routes, and safety equipment are not blocked or tampered with.

• Monitor for unsafe practices (e.g., smoking, open flames, unauthorized machinery use).

• Maintain a detailed shift report including observations, incidents, and handovers.

• Ensure all security registers are up to date.

• Greet and guide visitors and drivers politely and firmly.
