Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises.

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or via security systems to ensure safety.

• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

• Write detailed reports on incidents and suspicious activities.

• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems.

• Inspect buildings, doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.

• Assist visitors and staff by providing directions and ensuring a safe environment.

• Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies.

• Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance issues.

• Coordinate with police, fire, and emergency medical services when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role (preferred).

• Valid security license or certification (as per local laws).

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stay calm and handle emergencies effectively.

• Physical fitness and stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with basic security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms, radios).

• First Aid or CPR certification is a plus.

• Basic computer or report-writing skills.

Work Environment:
