Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.

• Protect company property and ensure the safety of all personnel on-site.

• Patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, crime, or disorder.

• Investigate disturbances and act lawfully in defense of life or property.

• Detain offenders and remove violators as needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of unusual activities or incidents.

• Monitor building access points, including entrances and vehicle gates.

• Watch surveillance systems (CCTV), alarms, and other security equipment.

• Operate emergency systems and respond to alarms or other alerts effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 months to 6+ years in a similar role.

• Strong surveillance and observation skills.

• Attention to detail and good judgment under pressure.

• Sound knowledge of public safety and security protocols.

• Physically fit and alert with a professional attitude.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts (6 days a week).
