Job Title: Security Guard

Location: New Guddadahalli, Mysore road Bangalore - 560026

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, responding to security incidents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain records of inward and outward movement of items.

2. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

3. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities.

4. Ensure all access points are secure and monitor entry and exit points.

5. Conduct visitor checks, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs.

6. Inspect vehicles and deliveries entering/leaving premises.

7. Register maintenance and report any issues.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous security experience preferred.

3. Excellent communication and observation skills.

4. Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (writing mandatory).

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

1. Day shift: 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM.

2. On-time reporting expected.

3. No holidays (except paid leave on festivals and Sunday week-off).

Uniform & Grooming:

1. Wear uniform and ID card while on duty.

2. Maintain grooming standards and a neat appearance.
