KEEMEE Security & Fire Services (KSFS) is seeking disciplined, customer-focused Security Guards to safeguard a premium residential complex in Ballygunge. This role anchors access control, visitor management, and emergency readiness to ensure a safe, compliant, and hassle-free living environment.

Location

• Ballygunge, Kolkata (South Kolkata candidates preferred for commute reliability)

Employment Type & Schedule

• Full-time, on-site

• 12-hour shifts; rotational Day/Night coverage (26 days/month)

• Weekly offs as rostered

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Gate operations, resident/staff verification, visitor pass issuance, delivery management.

• Patrolling & Surveillance: Periodic foot rounds; CCTV monitoring and incident logging.

• Emergency Readiness: Basic fire-safety response, first aid support, alarm escalation, and liaison with local authorities.

• Asset Protection: Vehicle/parking management, material in–out verification, and seal/lock checks.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain occurrence books, gate registers, shift handover notes, and incident reports.

• Resident Experience: Courteous assistance, conflict de-escalation, and adherence to society by-laws/SOPs.

• Compliance: Follow SOPs, site post orders and grooming standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Age: Typically 30–45 years; physically fit to stand for long hours and climb stairs.

• ID & Verification: Aadhaar, PAN, bank details; willing to undergo police verification/background check.

• Communication: Basic English; Bengali/Hindi speaking required.

• Work Ethic: Punctual, alert, and process-driven with strong situational awareness.

Good-to-Have (Preferred)

• Experience: 6–24 months in residential/retail/ corporate security.

• Ex-Servicemen/Ex-Paramilitary candidates encouraged to apply.

• Fire Safety Exposure: Knowledge of fire classes, extinguisher use (CO₂/DCP/Water), mock drills.

• Tech Basics: Familiarity with CCTV consoles, handheld radios, and MS-Excel/WhatsApp for reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: As per company policy and statutory norms of Govt. of West Bengal; performance-linked increments possible.
