Job Summary:

Kalantri Brothers Pvt. Ltd., a leading premium flour mill, is seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to protect company property, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure and safe environment at our Musalgaon MIDC, Sinner unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.

• Conduct regular patrols inside and around the factory premises.

• Ensure gate register entries are accurately maintained for IN/OUT materials and personnel.

• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.

• Check and verify incoming and outgoing goods as per the material gate pass (MRN/DC).

• Report suspicious activities or any unusual incidents to the Admin/Security In-Charge.

• Ensure safety of assets, machinery, and personnel at all times.

• Monitor CCTV systems (if applicable) and report any irregularities.

• Ensure that all safety protocols like PPE, helmet, and visitor pass usage are followed.

• Support in emergency situations like fire, medical emergencies, or evacuation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th Pass (12th preferred).

• Prior experience of 2–5 years in industrial or factory security.

• Computer Knowledge (MS Office)

• Physically fit and mentally alert.

• Familiarity with basic security equipment and tools.

• Ability to read and write in Hindi and/or Marathi; basic English preferred.

• Should be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Shift Timings:

• 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).

Salary:

As per company norms and experience.
