Job Summary:
The Office Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the office premises, employees, and visitors. This role involves monitoring access points, patrolling the facility, responding to security incidents, and enforcing company security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Access Control: Monitor and regulate entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Surveillance: Observe security cameras and patrol office premises to detect suspicious activities.
Incident Response: Address security breaches, unauthorized access, and emergencies promptly.
Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs of security incidents and daily activities.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and workplace safety regulations.
Emergency Handling: Assist in fire drills, evacuations, and first aid situations if required.
Asset Protection: Safeguard office equipment, confidential documents, and company property.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to operate security systems and surveillance equipment.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
Certification in first aid or CPR (preferred).
