As an Executive Safety, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's employee safety at work.



Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce safety policies that reduce the risk of accidents.
Responsible to meet 100% of objectives determined by the management.
Inspect site conditions to determine if hazards are present and establish procedures and policies to overcome those hazardous situations.
Ensure:
Periodic audit & workplace inspections and timely closure of non-compliances adhering to all safety rules.
100% Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) compliance at site.
Reporting of all accidents and incidents and assist Safety Manager to conduct a safety investigation to determine root causes and take CAPA.
Identify training needs and provides training to employees on safety topics to reduce operational risk
Ensure that toolbox meetings & monthly meetings are being conducted.
Act as ‘Safety Committee Secretary’ and perform desired roles wherever desired.
Responsible for reviewing and meeting company & Client safety standard requirements for record-keeping.
Ensure a work permit system with strict compliance requirements.
Plan emergency response drills and necessary emergency training.
Ensure appropriate safety barriers are in place and correctly implemented with all YOUNGMAN site employees and contractors on all work sites/operations
Monitor employee conformity to safety laws and policies.


Requirements

B.Tech. /Polytechnic + ADIS OR AICTE Approved Industrial safety diploma
OR

B.Tech in Fire & Safety

OR

Bachelor of Science + ADIS OR AICTE Approved industrial safety diploma

3+ years of total experience in construction.
Ability to deal with inter-department leads.
Well-versed in giving training and preparing modules.
Excellent understanding of safety documentation.
Worked in any contractor safety management system procedures in a renowned client company.
