Job Title: Bar Manager cum Bouncer

Location: Mercury Bar , Nagpur
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Weekly Off: 1 day (as per roster)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Bar Manager cum Bouncer to oversee daily bar operations while ensuring customer safety and a pleasant atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling bar management, basic customer service, and crowd control.

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Management:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, cleanliness, and staff discipline.

• Ensure smooth coordination with bartenders and serving staff.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.

• Maintain daily sales and inventory records.

• Handle minor customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

Bouncer Duties:

• Prevent unauthorized entry or disruptive behavior.

• Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers.

• Escort out any unruly or intoxicated patrons, if required, respectfully and safely.

• Coordinate with local authorities in case of serious incidents.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role (Bar or Club environment preferred).

• Physically fit and alert with a commanding presence.

• Basic knowledge of bar operations and customer service.

• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Must be available for 12-hour shifts and flexible weekly off.
