Role Summary

We’re hiring a dynamic Zonal Manager to drive sales, expand market reach, manage partners, and ensure smooth project execution across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B/B2C sales & implement zonal strategies

Manage channel partners & expand dealer network

Lead and develop regional teams

Coordinate project execution and customer service

Ensure compliance with industry policies and company standards

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy); MBA preferred

8–12 years in solar/related industry; 3+ years in zonal role

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English

Willing to travel across Maharashtra
