We are looking for a motivated and results-driven VoIP Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals for our VoIP products and services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales and a solid understanding of cloud communication technologies.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
Conduct product demonstrations and present VoIP solutions tailored to the client’s needs
Understand customer pain points and position our VoIP offerings as solutions
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations
Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline forecasts
Work closely with onboarding and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
B2B sales experience (VoIP, UCaaS, SaaS, or telecom preferred)
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
