About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our International Voice

Process Team. As a Process Executive, you will engage with international customers, resolving

queries via both voice and email channels, while ensuring exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries effectively.

 Respond to customer emails with clarity and professionalism.

 Utilize internal systems and tools to verify transaction details and determine appropriate

actions.

 Provide high-quality service in alignment with organizational standards.

 Ensure compliance with data integrity, security policies, and company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

 Education: Graduate (any discipline)

 Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in US/UK customer support

(International BPO/Call Center)

 Skills Required:

o Strong verbal and written communication skills

o Active listening and problem-solving ability

o Analytical mindset with good attention to detail

o Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively

o Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn
