We specialize in providing premium travel services and solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Travel Sales Executives to join our Kolkata office and be a part of our expanding team.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international travel sales (flights, hotels, vacation packages, etc.).
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight and holiday options.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasion.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Stay updated with airline rules, travel policies, and industry trends.
Work with global clients primarily from the US, UK, and other international markets.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales / International BPO (Travel Process preferred).
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Ability to work in night shifts (US/UK process).
Good convincing skills and sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience may apply.
