Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from travel agents.
Share rates, tour packages, and service details via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
Follow up regularly with agents to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners.
Maintain records of communication and report daily sales activities.
Work closely with the operations and reservations team to ensure seamless delivery.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or DMC industry.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Strong negotiation and closing ability.
Must be highly energetic, self-motivated, and workaholic in attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads at once.
Familiarity with B2B travel platforms is a plus.
